Apply for mid-year Football Development Program

Please complete the application form below to apply for the 2021 Football Development Program starting at mid-year at the Carlton College of Sport.

 

Your application must include a short personal statement addressing your motives for undertaking the program (details below).

Applicants must also submit a separate application to one the Carlton College of Sport academic programs to be eligible to participate in the Football Development curriculum. Academic applications are submitted here to La Trobe University.

KEY DATES

 

  • Applications close Wednesday 30 June
  • Interview process will conclude on 7 July and outcomes notified by 9 July
  • Football Development Program for Semester 2 will commence on Monday 12 July
  • Please upload a personal statement (maximum 200 words) that addresses; 1. A brief football overview - what position you play, your strengths & weaknesses, awards won, representative teams etc. 2. Motivation for applying & football aspirations - why do you want to undertake the Carlton College of Sport Football Development Program. Please upload a Microsoft Word or PDF file.
