APPLICATIONS FOR the Football Development Program at the Carlton College of Sport are now open!
To apply for the Football Development Program, you will need to complete the following steps:
Step 1: Apply for the Football Development Program
Apply here through the Carlton College of Sport website. You will need to upload a short personal statement to your application, that addresses a brief football overview and your motivation for applying.
Step 2: Apply for a Carlton College of Sport Academic Program
*Please note, you will receive an automatic email from La Trobe University containing the outcome of your academic application (e.g. offer or conditional offer) BEFORE football development places are allocated. This confirms your spot in academic coursework but does not guarantee your inclusion in the Football Development Program. If you have already submitted an academic application, you will not need to submit another.
Step 3: Undertake the Interview Process
Interviews will be undertaken to determine the suitability of applicants. Interviews will likely occur in December and early January, with offers being released by the 15th of January, in-line with VTAC offers. A club representative will be in contact to organise the interview later in the year.
