With academics provided by La Trobe University, a higher-education diploma from the Carlton College of Sport will give you the qualification you need to start your career in the sport industry.
Choose to study either the Diploma of Sport Coaching and Development or the Diploma of Elite Sport Business. Both of these one-year diplomas provide pathways into second year bachelor’s degrees such as the Bachelor of Sport Coaching and Development or the Bachelor of Business.

Students studying the Diploma of Elite Sport Business will also participate in the industry seminar series which gives them the opportunity to build professional skills in areas such as marketing, media, membership, community and more.
5. Transition into a bachelor’s degree or full-time work
Upon completion of your diploma at the Carlton College of Sport, students have the choice to continue into the second year of a bachelor’s degree or take up full- or part-time work in the industry.
