I’m really enjoying the experience at Carlton College to be able to study here at the club as well as refine my skills and to be apart of an elite program is really good.
Would you say the quality and standards set by the coaches of the Football Development Program are aligned with those of your AFLW trainings?
The standard here at Carlton College is quite important. We strive on all the little things – when we are doing the drills it’s with a high level of intensity which align with the AFLW program.
How beneficial are you and the group finding the access to 1:1 mentoring with the different coaches?
Both myself and the group are finding it extremely beneficial to have the one-on-one coaching here at CCoS. We are able to work with the high-performance team and both the AFL and AFLW coaches.
To get that one-on-one experience with them and be able to learn from their wealth of is extremely beneficial.
How do you feel the Football Development Program is preparing you for the upcoming AFLW pre-season and season ahead?
The program is helping me set up for a really strong pre-season. To then go into pre-season feeling confident, ready and have the ability to work on my skills in the program will make it even better.
