Elite Access, Real Experience: Ayana’s success through CCoS🏐
From high school uncertainty to a career in elite sport, Ayana Osmond’s path was shaped by curiosity, courage, and connection.
After discovering the Diploma of Elite Sport Business at Carlton College of Sport, Ayana dove into hands-on experiences… from managing game-day content at Hawks Netball Club to supporting partner activations with Carlton Football Club. 🏉
By the end of 2023, Ayana’s drive and professionalism earned her a graduate role at Carlton Football Club as the CCoS Operations and Events Assistant.
Now studying a Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University, she’s building a career in sport events and commercial operations, with a passion for netball still front and centre.
Ayana’s story shows how real-world learning and industry access can turn ambition into opportunity.
