Starting at St Martha’s café in Essendon, Annalise's first taste of the sports world came as a Membership Sales Officer at the Carlton Football Club. Her relentless passion and dedication quickly propelled her into a graduate position as a Fan Engagement Officer for Carlton. Today, she excels as an Events Executive at the Melbourne Football Club.
Annalise's time at CCoS was marked by her tireless efforts and unforgettable experiences. She began her studies in mid-2022 and completed the course in 2023. Her favorite placement was with the Charlie’s Crew clinics, where she not only helped kids hone their skills but also mastered the intricacies of event management. The friendships she formed and the supportive learning environment made her time at CCoS truly special.
Despite not being a sporty kid, Annalise's dedication led her to pursue a career in sports after seeing a job ad for a Hospitality Manager at Carlton. This discovery of the Carlton College of Sport was a turning point, and she never looked back. Her first job in sports, as a membership sales officer, came during her last semester at the College. Annalise's interest in dietetics also underscores her dedication to understanding how food can fuel performance in both daily life and sports.
