Close menuGraduating students have gone on to make a significant impact in the sports industry across various disciplines. Our alumni have been employed by a range of prestigious sporting organisations, including the AFL, AFL Victoria, Cricket Australia, Melbourne Victory, Melbourne Mavericks (SEN), Victoria Racing Club, La Trobe Sport, Australian Grand Prix, and several AFL clubs such as the Western Bulldogs, Richmond, Melbourne, and Geelong Football Clubs.
CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB GRADUATE PROGRAM
At the end of each year, four graduating students are hired into full-time roles at the Carlton Football Club. Since 2019, over 30 students have been employed across the Club in various departments, including Membership, Fan Engagement, Community, Partnership, Corporate Sales, Media and Communications, Retail, Recruitment, and Football Operations.

INDUSTRY READINESS
Through the later half of the year, students commence building critical skills to ready them for the workforce. Carlton Football Club's expert staff support students to develop outstanding resumes, interview techniques, and awareness of their personal brand to help them stand out to prospective employers.
Students are encouraged to build their network of industry professionals during their time with us. Through our industry experience program we provide 100 hours of hands-on opportunities for students to engage with leaders and prospective employees to enhance their professional skills but also boosts their confidence as they transition into their careers.

Graduates of the Carlton College of Sport have transitioned into roles of impact across the entire sporting ecosystem. The skills developed through their studies and experience at CCoS are all transferable and can provide pathways to meaningful employment into a range of sport and sport-adjacent roles.
